Confirming/Deleting an Appointment from Voice Reminder Not Working

Patients/clients may be reporting that pressing 1 to confirm (or delete) an appointment is not working, and it sends the user in an endless loop of trying to confirm or delete an appointment.

If the message goes to voice mail, pressing 1 will not work because you are now in the voice mail account that has its own commands (i.e. press 7 to delete the message).  Pressing a number to confirm/delete an appointment will not work in the voice mail account.
