Booking an Appointment Does Not Work on the iPad

You may find that touching the screen to book an appointment does not work on the iPad. When you touch the selected time nothing happens (unless you hold your finger on the calendar).  This is a setting that needs to be switched off on the iPad.

  1. Click on the Gear icon (on your iPad)
  2. Scroll down the page and click on Safari
  3. Scroll down the page and click on Request Desktop Website
  4. Make sure switch is in the Off position for 'All Websites'
