Assistant Accounts

An Administrator can add Assistant Accounts to perform basic administrative functions. Assistants cannot be listed as the Practitioner on SOAP notes, or invoices.

  1. Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
  2. Under the Clinic Settings heading click on Assistants
  3. Enter their Email address
  4. Select the Permissions
  5. Click Invite to Clinic

    Hi there,

    Is there a way to limit the Assistant from Creating Soap Notes?

    Currently, for some reason, they are able to see and create soap notes. Permissions are set for Assistant not to edit Client details

    Youssef, not yet, but creating more precise user permissions is in our product roadmap.
