Managing a Practitioner Account

An administrator can add, disable or delete a practitioner. 

The Administrator can also set practitioner permissions:

  • Edit patient details
  • View patient details
  • View patient phone number
  • Manage other practitioners calendars
  • View Clinic Reports
  1. Click on the Gear icon (top right)
  2. Under the Clicking Settings heading click on Practitioner
  3. To set Permissions click on the Name of the Practitioner 

The Practitioner manages their own user account (i.e. username, password,etc).

  1. Login in as a Practitioner
  2. Click on the Gear icon (top right header)
  3. Click on Details to change Name, Email and Professional Number
  4. To change Password click Change Password
  5. To add or change signature click on Signature
  6. Enable or disable On-page Notifications or Email Notifications click on Notifications
