Treatment Follow-Up Emails

Send a followup email to your patients/clients after their treatment. The template for this can be managed by following these steps.  You can specify how many days after the treatment date you would like the followup email to be sent. You can also modify this email. To send out a followup email follow the steps below. 

  1. From a Draft SOAP Note.
  2. Click on the purple Actions button (top right)
  3. Click on Follow-up
  4. Compose your message
  5. Select Email Now or Email Later and select the number of Days
  6. Select Save or Send

    I do not see a Follow-up on the pull down from the action button.  How do you control whether or not the email is even sent to begin with.  Do you have to do it each time manually or is it sent automatically.  I can't see anything to control that.

    The followup button is available in the dropdown Actions menu.

     

    You choose on a per-SOAP note basis whether to send one.  You can either send it immediately or on a delay.

    I see the save button but where is the send button. Im sure I'm probably looking right at it but I dont see it.

    If you click on 'Email Now' the button will change from Save to Send Email.

    there is no follow up button now, i know there was before but now its gone, and do these follow up emails go out automatically or does it have to be done manually?
