Treatment Followup Emails

SOAP Vault will automatically send a followup email to your patients after their treatment. The template for this can be managed by following these steps.  At the end of the SOAP note simply click Send a treatment followup email. You can specify how many days after the treatment date you would like the followup email to be sent. You can also modify this email.

    Julie, the Follow Up email is available to send within a SOAP note.  Just click the "Follow Up" tab.  Please note that any changes made to the template will only be reflected on NEW SOAP Notes created, not existing Draft notes.

    I modified the followup email but don't see where I can modify when or even if it is sent? Please help!

    Currently email is the only Treatment Followup method, however we are working on SMS notifications.

    I noticed when I click the Follow Up box in the new formatted Soap Vault that the text for the subject and body do not appear.  However, my saved template exists when I check my settings.  Are clients actually receiving my follow up email content?  Or is it blank as it looks on my screen?  I'm hoping it's a glitch and clients see what they should.  TIA!!

    Hi is there a way to send followup immediately? I only see 1 day as soonest to email...?
