Patient Does Not Appear on the Patient Listing Page

If you're reviewing your patient list and a patient you expect to see there is missing, they are likely just hidden.  All patients, including hidden patients can be found using the search bar. Follow these steps to unhide a patient.

  1. Search for the patient's name in the search bar by clicking the magnifying glass in the header.
  2. Click on the Patient's name the has a Eyeball icon next to it
  3. Click on the Black Triangle next to the Edit button
  4. Click Show
