Tagging SOAP Notes

Tagging notations on SOAP notes is simple, and doesn't require dozens of clicks and dropdown menus.  SOAP Vault intelligently learns how you tag and makes suggestions on tags you create in the future.  Below are a few key features to know about tagging.

Location

When you tag a diagram, SOAP Vault will intelligently predict which muscle you're likely tagging and pre-populate the location.  As well, a few other suggestions will appear to allow you to quickly click to change the location selected.  Optionally you can type and search for other locations, or add your own!

Tag

The more you tag, the better your tag predictions become.  SOAP Vault learns which tags you are most likely to be tagging based on many signals including the location, past tags and common tags you use.  Over time, you should be adding more tags with less clicks because of predictive tagging.

Comments

Tag comments require both customization and speed.  As you tag, SOAP Vault will begin to predict the comments you're likely to type.  These suggestions will be written in your own writing style and can be quickly adjusted.  Over time, you should be adding more tags with less clicks because of predictive comments.

Editing Tags

You can also edit a tag by either clicking on the tag on the diagram or hovering over the tag on the SOAP note and clicking the pencil icon.

Which section (SOAP) do the different color coded dots (red, blue, magenta and green) correspond to. I think RED is Subjective, correct?

Alaina, simply hover over the tag on your SOAP note (as shown in this article under the "Editing Tags" heading) and click the red X.

is it at all possible to make the tags sort of like paint? let's say I want to tag a section of spinal errectors, I would like to click and drag to tag that area instead of just one point at times.

Is there a way to tag an area and click multiple tags associated with that same area? This would facilitate the tagging process instead of having to open multiple tags for the same area... I.e Triggerpoint in supraspinatus - Triggerpoint therapy, Ischemic compressions, triggerpoint refferal, Hydrotherapy, Stretch. It would be a HUGE time saver to have these all within the same tag that places them in their respective categories.

Is there a way to remove suggested comments?
I used to use the comment section for location before you added in the location tag (which is awesome), but now every time I tag things those comments always pop up.
So I was wondering if there was a way to clear all the suggested comments or at least remove some of them.
    Thanks
