Editing clinic address and contact information

Editing your clinic's address and contact information is simple.

  1. Login as Admin.
  2. Click Settings (Gear icon)
  3. Under the Clinic heading, click Details.
  4. Update your clinic information and click "Save".

    Followed instructions and there is no place that shows address to change

    Hey SV team, 

    We've updated our address and it has changed on our website and when people go to book online. But when we go to book someone in ourselves, the email confirmation and reminder emails still send out our old address, how do we fix that.

    Dylan, updating your address on the clinic only affects future appointments and availabilities.  You would need to edit your existing upcoming appointments and availabilities to reflect your new address.

    I have updated my address but when I try to book a appointment as a test to make sure that the new address is showing it isn't.  What do I need to do?

    Online it shows my change but my notification as practitioner and client notification still shows the wrong address

    I cut and paste an example of my problem.  The address is 913 Gulf Breeze Pkwy. Suite 15A

    It is still showing the old suite when I book a apt for myself as the wrong location address after I have updated the address in both all the notification setting and the clinic address.  What to do?

    Same here.  I have recently changed the address of my clinic and thought I have managed to delete the old address from any correspondence.  However,   a client advised me that when they booked online, their notification still had the old clinic address on it, as did the email I received to let me know about the booking.   I have checked everything and can not see what I could have missed.

    The location of the appointment is saved to the Availability's Location and the Appointment's Location.  If the clinic's address changes, the both the Availability's Location and Appointment's Location would still show the previous location.  You would need to update these for any upcoming appointments which were booked before you updated your address.

    When we release a formal Multi-Location feature, this will no longer be an issue.  Thanks for your patience!

    I'm having the exact same problem as mentioned above. Changed the address under CLINIC DETAILS but when booking on line the previous address shows up. How do I change this? I don't understand the previous reply in the thread.
