Multiple locations

If you would like to manage multiple clinic locations, you have a couple options.

Option 1 (Separate patient lists per location)
If you want to retain separate patient lists per location, 2 separate clinic accounts need to be created.

Option 2 (All patients listed in a single clinic)

If a single patient list works for you, but you would want to book appointments at 2 different locations, then you can specify the location of the appointment or availability slot when you create it.  All of this can be done within a single account.

    How can I make the location change on the receipt for the patient in a single account?

    Rachel, currently this isn't possible, but we're working on a multi-location feature.

    is it possible to have two separate locations and two separate log ins but have all clients on the same account?

    if not is it possible to amalgamate accounts eventually?

    We are actually developing a solution for a practice with multiple locations and a single client list.  It's a few months out.

    Would it be possible to show the name of the location on the calendar so when clients view the calendar day they see the name of the location? I think it would be more valuable than seeing the blue, orange etc color blocks that indicate morning, afternoon, evening. For example, I run a corporate massage company and am at different locations daily so when my clients book online I would love to have them see the name of their company (aka location) on the calendar day I am there to avoid confusion. I tested booking online and the location I selected for each day is not indicated for the client. It only shows for the practitioner. My clients need to see it directly on the calendar so I don't have them booking in on the wrong day. Very confusing for clients.

    I'm unclear about how to show multiple locations.  I am a single practitioner with two locations.  How do my clients see which location they are booking when booking online?  My clients see me at both locations so i only need one client list

    I am trying to add a new location.  Same practice and practitioner, but 2 locations.  Same client list is fine. I can't figure out how to do this?  Can somebody help?  Thank you.........

    Please Please Please make the clinic location visible to clients on the calendar. What is the point of being able to input a location on the calendar when setting up availability if the client cannot view it? If this does not get amended soon I will have to switch to another service after being with Soapvault for over 2 years. As soon as I add a new practitioner in August this service will be completely unusable to my business as we are mobile and go to different offices everyday. The state of it now makes the user experience incredibly confusing as they cannot see the location that they are booking in at when they look at the calendar day. Clients from different corporate accounts end up booking in under the incorrect day. I am so hoping you can make this possible.

    Time to bump this up again... A multi location function with clear distinction for clients is essential. Clients need a separate link for booking each location so that we can have distinct buttons on our webs. All of this linked to a common DB, and the ability to do reports by clinic, and overall.

    Agreed Darren!  Sorry this feature ended up having to be moved to after the financial system updates, but it's coming, promise!

    Do you have an ETA? I'm doing a soft open on my 2nd location next week (July 25th), with grand open two weeks later. Not pushing, but it would be nice to have for the grand opening.

    I am trying to add a new location.  Same practice and practitioners, but 2 locations.  With the same patient list. I don't see how to do this?  Can somebody help?  Thanking you in advance.........

    Any update on this?  I am about to open a second office as well and I need patients to be able to know which location they are booking.  I love Soap Vault and really do not want to have to change!
