Multiple Locations

If you would like to manage multiple clinic locations, you have a couple options.

Option 1 (Separate patient lists per location)
If you want to retain separate patient lists per location, 2 separate clinic accounts need to be created.

Option 2 (All patients listed in a single clinic)

If a single patient list works for you, but you would want to book appointments at 2 different locations, then you can specify the location of the appointment or availability slot when you create it.  All of this can be done within a single account.

  1. Click on the Calendar icon (top left header)
  2. Click on the Availability button (top right)
  3. Click on the calendar to add an availability
  4. Add or select the desired location for that availability on that day
  5. Click Save

    I am trying to add a new location.  Same practice and practitioners, but 2 locations.  With the same patient list. I don't see how to do this?  Can somebody help?  Thanking you in advance.........

    Ok so when will location prompt be available?

    Darren,

    Click on the Calendar icon (top left header) and then click on Availability button (top right).  Click on the calendar where you want to add your availability.  Add the location specific for this availability.
