Some patients are not receiving appointment reminders.

Although most appointment reminders are emailed to the patients successfully, it is possible that some may not.  Sometimes they can end up in the patient's spam folder, or even be filtered out before it even gets to the patient. 

We are always trying to improve our email delivery rates and will continue to do so.

    Do email reminders get sent (the "from" address) under the email address associated with the registered account, or from a third-party email address?
