Intake Form was not Received by my Patient/Client

Although most intake forms which are emailed to the patients from SOAP Vault do get successfully delivered, it is possible that some may not.  Sometimes they can end up in the patient's spam folder, or even be filtered out before it even gets to the patient.  

 

  1. Go the Dashboard
  2. Under the Incomplete Intake Form pane click on the Black Triangle to the right of the patient's name. 
  3. Click on Resend Intake Form if you want it sent again by SOAP Vault
  4. Click on Get Link if you want to send them Intake Form from your email

    Do you see a difference between users that are on apple vs pc for having problems with receiving or accessing the link for initial intake? I have one person where her link sends her only to the main page of soapvault.com and not the intake form....

    Hi Heather, it's possible that some email clients will not display the links as intended. We have a correction for this coming in a very near future update. The issue is not specifically Apple vs. PC though.

    Can a blank version of the intake form be printed, for a patient to complete on paper.

    Hi Walter, yes you can. Just click "+ add" then "patient". On the "Add Patient" page there is a button to print a blank intake form.
