Although most intake forms which are emailed to the patients from SOAP Vault do get successfully delivered, it is possible that some may not. Sometimes they can end up in the patient's spam folder, or even be filtered out before it even gets to the patient.
- Go the Dashboard
- In the Incomplete Intake Form pane click on the Black Triangle that right of the patient's name.
- You have three options. One, you can Edit the patient details. Two, you can Resend Intake Form. Three, you can Get Link and copy and paste the link and send the it from your email.
