Although most intake forms which are emailed to the patients/clients do get successfully delivered, it is possible that some may not. Sometimes they can end up in the patient's spam folder, or even be filtered out before it even gets to the patient.
- Click on the Dashboard
- Under the Incomplete Intake Form pane click on the Black Triangle to the right of the patient's/client's name.
- Click on Resend Intake Form if you want it sent again
- Click on Get Link if you want to send them Intake Form from your email
