How do I setup online scheduling?

  1. Login as Admin.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Online Booking.
  4. Check the checkbox if you would like to enable on-line booking by your patients.
  5. Copy and paste the HTML code provided and place it on your website.  This will create an HTML button.  If you require further customization of the button, please contact your website provider.
  6. Enter any other specific information you would like to add to your clinic page including your website, hours of operation, and methods of payment.

Note: Be sure to update the colors displayed on your clinic's online booking page. Customized clinic colors / branding.

 

Configuring Patient Booking Times

You can configure how frequent to display your next start time (Online Booking Increments), and the maximum number of start times (Appointments per Segment). 

 

Online Booking Increments

The increment of start times available to patients booking online. Example: every 15 minutes, every 30 minutes etc.

 

Appointments Per Segment

The maximum number of appointments to show per day segment (morning, afternoon, evening).

 

Example

Below is an example of where the Online Booking Increment is set to 30 minutes and Appointments Per Segment is set to 4.  This would result in 8 total available start times being visible within a 9am-5pm Availability.

    I am not able to disable 120 and 180 minute appointment selections.

    Agree with John ^.

    My session length varies depending upon the service (ART, Massage Therapy, etc.) Definitely need to expand the options presented to the patient when they are requesting an appointment. Any plans for this?

    anyway to set up the schedule so that you can set the month automatically, instead of having to set up each day individually?

    Would be nice to set up days/hours available in one location instead of having to do it daily. Not sure I can really utilize the online calendar with the time it take to constantly be working it. Very frustrating when most of my clients like to use online scheduling. There also needs to be option of service and amount of session time requested for the client.

    The rest of the program is great but the scheduling aspect makes it impossible to know what type of service my client is even booking. It may work if your booking for them but for clients to book themselves you would be kind of blindsided when they came in as to what they are there for. KInda disappointed :(

    We're releasing a significant improvement to the booking system tomorrow (Jan 12th, 2016) which resolves these issues. Patients will book for specific services.

    Is it possible to set up individual schedules for each therapist in the clinic? We have multiple therapists sharing rooms and need to be able to have clients choose a specific therapist.

    I want to control how far out a client can book and I want to review it before its booked. in case I have just booked someone in person and it hasn't made it to the calendar and I want online booking only available 4 hours out from times requested

    Hi Heather, at this time if there is an availability in the future (regardless of how far out it is), it will be able to be booked, without review. However you're notified and can cancel it at any time. Also, if it's a new patient, you must accept them into your clinic.

    I'm using FullSlate now because I can edit my availability through the calendar year or longer rather than manually blocking out time weekly. Will SOAP Vault offer this feature in the future? 
    Another feature I need in a scheduling system is accepting payments at the time clients book and taking credit card information when they book. Is this possible with SoapVault?
