How do I add an appointment to my schedule?

  1. Hover over Main Menu 
  2. Click on Calendar 
  3. Click on the time your availability begins
  4. Drag that availability until your appointments would finish
  5. Click on Appointment
  6. Check Existing Patient or New Patient
  7. Enter their Last Name
  8. Select the patient
  9. Click Save

    I added client names to my calendar from past appointments so i could have a record of all my appointments. I have never used feature before. A client got an email from a treatment she already received. Does every client get an email once i add them to the calendar? I don't have the email client one day before box checked
