Adding an appointment to my schedule

  1. Click on Appointment icon
  2. Click on the time your availability begins
  3. Drag that availability until your appointments would finish
  4. Click on Appointment
  5. Check Existing Patient or New Patient
  6. Click Recurring if you want to book repeating appointments
  7. Click Book Appointment

    I added client names to my calendar from past appointments so i could have a record of all my appointments. I have never used feature before. A client got an email from a treatment she already received. Does every client get an email once i add them to the calendar? I don't have the email client one day before box checked
