Managing Patient Labels

You can manage easily group and categorize your patients with Patient Labels.  To add a Patient Label:

Adding Patient Labels

  1. Navigate to the Patient
  2. Click the Label button.  
     
  3. Type the Label Name and press Enter.

 

Removing Patient Labels

You remove labels by clicking the X.

 

Viewing Patients with a specific Labels 

You can see all patients who have the same label by clicking the label itself.

 

View Patients with one or more specific Labels 

From the Patient Listing page, you can filter all patients who share one or more of the same labels by clicking the Label button. 

 

Editing Label Names and Colours

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Labels under the Clinic heading.
  3. Click the drop-down button for the label you would like to edit and select Edit.



Removing a Label from all Patients

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Labels.
  3. Click the drop-down button for the label you would like to delete and select Delete.
